Pros

None. Just an awful place to work full stop.

Cons

Microwave management. Unrealistic KPI's. Bully style management. Leaders from top down who are lacking in empathy. All about money. Nil GENUINE care for callers. Highly toxic culture.

Poor systems, support and management

Maternity leave program Discounted health insurance

Cons

Schedule can change for your day as late as a couple hours prior to visit - leaving patients disgruntled. Poor systems means sometimes trippling up on information taken and notes need to be completed in 2 different systems for EACH client. Yearly pay reviews that don’t take into actual performance, rather administrative obstacles Next to no career progression

Flexible - until they guilt trip you into taking extra visits then complain that you go into overtime

Cons

Micro managing Bullying Phone calls on days off and before shift starts and when finished Inexperienced managers with poor knowledge but can talk the talk High turnover of staff speaks volumes
