All the assembly teams were amazing people to work with and brought life into the company

Leadership Mismanaged and never trusted the employees CEO insisted on interviewing all candidates which lead to low hiring processes and candidates declining roles CEO encouraged a culture that he had the final say on EVERYTHING including small purchases CEO told the company that funding was all but approved then 3 days later, laid-off roughly 200 people due to lay of funding.
