      No SOP's in Organisation process

      Good for freshers to start a career Well you get salary in time

      Cons

      Incentives are promised & not paid inspite of acheivement, in case of late payment from client we are charged interest on our variable pay, hope whch part of the labour law states an employee has to pay interest for the business carried out by company. No proper managers, middle level management pathetic, lot of partiality within team, eventhough support benefits offered by OEM to employees are not passed on. Work only for salary no growth option, oppurtunities are limited.

      If money and growth importent then don't even think about the company, the cheat customers and clients by creating fake Email IDs of the customers using their names, I'm not just saying this i have lot of evidence and proof to prove my statement, they speak like a well established corporate but non of the Employees behave like one.

      I doubt i can find any other then the training they provide.

      Cons

      Dont respect the staff working in their organisation, no incentives are given, targets are unachievable. Gets alot done from you but doesnt give anywhere near equivalent to it.
