      Pros

      It does not matter which nationality people have. The building in Nijmegen has been completely renovated. People are very nice and to an extend helpful.

      Cons

      Especially in Nijmegen, people still have not realized that Ampleon is no longer NXP. Processes are unclear and decision take for ever.
