Thank you for taking the time to briefly review your experience working at Amplify. We are fortunate to have people here who do truly care about Amplify, the work they do, the people they work with, the community, and our members. It starts with Paul, our CEO, and our senior leadership team. It’s a challenge running a company with over 200 employees and almost 60,000 members. At Amplify, we count on every team member to participate in and understand our business so that we are able to make the best decisions possible. The leadership team, like all of us, strives to learn from both our missteps and our successes. It seems our successes outweigh our shortfalls: our member satisfaction and team member morale ratings are consistently high, and we continue to successfully grow the credit union, offering more products and services to benefit our members. We always have more to learn, but we have a committed leadership and 200+ smart and caring people on the team to keep us on the path to success.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. It is obvious from your post that you are really unhappy with management at this point. It is also highly concerning that you mention discrimination; we are committed to addressing any type of discrimination promptly once we understand the nature of the complaint. I encourage you to meet with someone in our HR department as soon as possible to discuss your concerns, or one of the Sr. Vice Presidents if you feel more comfortable speaking with one of them. Alternatively, we do have an ethics hotline you can use to report more details of any discriminatory actions you feel have occurred or are occurring.
