      Nice office location with free barista

      Cons

      No concrete product concept and direction despite over a year of operations. Hiring too many consultants with no relevant expertise or technical skill sets. All they can do are fancy PowerPoint decks. Later hiring other consultants (Mckinsey) to come in and consult on how the company can run more efficiency. With no value add as well. The irony… Essentially a corporate dinosaur trying to pretend they’re a start up. Thank god for funding from AIA. We are an Insurtech, but yet we have people who don’t understand insurance or tech leading the product teams.

      Please join if you would like to work with a team with 0 respect, narcissistic exco level who does not care about their people

      Cons

      - management level are all talkers who has no direction, no respect for anyone. CEO flaunts his new cars and C-level all go on multiple business trips every week when the company is strict on budget. (Doubt they are flying economy) - changes direction every hour and the key goal of the year is to cut resources and save money (while they are flying all over the place) - 2 years in and still does not have a solid product - Goal Setting 4 times a year is a waste of time

      -Be astonished by “startup” speed. work progresses slower than a garden snail. This place moves at breakneck speed where the only necks being broken are from waiting for a long time. one wonders why when people seem so busy -Intellectually challenged. here the wheel is reinvented infinitely with dissociated versions of info filling endless meeting air time. The absurdity is insufferable -lots of drama. genre is officethemed thrash reality tv. featuring a variety of people and personalities you will encounter narcissists, hypocrites, delusional etc. Townhalls are a performance -we got company values! get smothered by empty inauthentic talk on values. imaginary startup culture
