      Remote work is the only pro.

      Cons

      Poor mixed management style. No leadership ability Little to no opportunity to provide feedback for growth. No consistent direction from leadership. High turnover. Turn and burn employees. Delayed commission payout, often times missed payouts due to poor management of payroll system
