Absolutely no diversity in leadership. Absolutely no consequences for inappropriate leadership behavior. Absolutely no teacher support. Absolutely no attempt at teacher retention. Absolutely no real professional development. No teacher training program, or teacher in training support framework. No tuition reimbursement. The new administration leadership has decided to purge the school of essential values and vital pre-amplus staff. Those who have been onboarded under this administration do not stay, and or create scandals. This is no longer an educational facility, it is a business. It would be advantageous to employ real transparency and reveal the business model and company coming in to run amplus. Education has diminished, the business has flourished. Find the balance or become imbalanced and then become untouchable in the education sector. Lastly, compensation is different across ethnic makeups.
