Genuine and honest feedback: • The harassment of female employees is widespread. • I had a problem with a male employee and every manager had ego problems. They never gave any support to any female employees at this horrible company. I made the decision to put my papers down, but the company president requested that I stay within the company. • I, my team, and all of the employees in the company haven't received any salary hikes for the past two years. They are all arguing that India and US hiring losses are nonsense. • They are still asking for Revenue and Seelctions (Even today) though I have met my given targets, but no concerns about employees or Health Insurance and no support so far. • No sense for the President and CEO of AmpsTek, who both engage in illegal activities using employees. • They tend to focus on their local people instead of judging other cultures in India, even though there are many cultural issues. • Lot of differences between work from office and remote employees. Due to the President's lack of intelligence, his employees are treated poorly. • The HR team is useless - it's like being a postman with no sense and they don't make their own decisions. • Management's illegal contracts and useless ideas are a waste of time. • During my three years of service, I received only one appreciation and award. Since then, I have not received any appraisals and the company has deteriorated. • All the contractors are suffering due to non-payment. The T&C mentioned by AmpsTek in agreements are in favor of the company but not for the candidates. • Soon, I will be leaving this company and won't be back.
