Pros

None. I hate that I can't even think of one.

Cons

They have their own OS system, it doesn't do basic functions like calculate dti or even at the bare minimum track expiration dates. Amres forces their employees to work long hours and weekends. There is no training program, they just assign you loans on your first day. Sink or swim atmosphere. The guides they have are inaccurate, outdated, poorly written and confusing. They ask for recommendations, but then fire you when you actually provide one, as they consider that insubordination. Amres takes recent college grads, pay them nothing and make them work long hours. My friend and I were by far the most experienced at the company and they fired us on day 6 for having an attitude, which I haven't been reprimanded for since 6th grade.... The HR department is completely unprofessional. I was planning on quitting there as soon as I could find a new job bc it is that horrible. You do the work of two employees. Benefits are expensive and subpar. Pto is limited and frowned upon for using.

Pros

Some of the employees are friendly; those who have not been fired or let go.

Cons

Management is horrible. Communication is horrible. Culture is non existant. Total lack of trust all around. By far the worst company I have ever worked for. They let employees go at the drop of a hat. Its no wonder that morale is horrible.

Pros

Remote, flexible schedule, decent work/life balance, given the opportunity to begin learning more in areas I wasn't as familiar with

Cons

The LLC's partners decided to part ways and after making all employees choose which partner/business they'd like to continue with, all my responsibilities having to do with Amres were stripped away within about a week. There was plenty of work to do with the new company but as the market took a turn for the worse, Amres laid off employees who choose to work for the other company before the official split was supposed to happen (Summer of 2022). Was told by my direct manager that my decision to choose to go with the other company wouldn't affect our working relationship but that couldn't have been more untruthful. I was immediately removed from team meetings and isolated. I understand it's not required but I would have really appreciated the common courtesy of hearing from direct management that my position was going to be eliminated so that I could've began my search for a new position sooner. Still have not even heard from direct management and don't really expect to ever again unfortunately.
