Pros

Manage government contracts and inventory well. Usually is focused on serving the customer, which is their greatest strength. Talented engineering department. Manufactures good product.

Cons

Sales and Marketing is hostile work environment that is run with fear and intimidation. Direction and priorities constantly change with high turnover and to few people to implement the changes properly. Very little teamwork within and between departments. Senior management can be openly adversarial toward each other.

Pros

This company provides opportunities for growth based on your talents and work ethic. There are a lot of high expectations and once you step up and meet those expectations there are a lot of opportunities. If you are not passionate about your job and do not like challenges then this will not be a good fit. Has a a lot of processes established for a small business

Cons

Not a lot of social engagement between departments so its hard to get to know other employees and socialize with them.

Pros

Amron is a very well established and professionally run company since 1978 with excellent benefits. Very focused, great business plan, long term goals, and excellent employees. Company is highly motivated with a great upper management team. ISO 9001:2008 certified with an emphasis in quality products and great customer service.

Cons

The current ISO process can be a little cumbersome at times, but I do see improvement that is allowing us to focus more on our business strategies.
