Illegal pay practice - avoid at all costs

None. Poor working conditions, not enough staff, levels of managment at Store Level not realistic. Managers at Store Level are not allowed to recruit as they are not seen as capable. They pay more attention to a Company Audit, which they can be fined for if they fail, than any EHO and the standards across this Company are down right dangerous.

Cons

Work here if you want to work a 60 - 70 hour week, over 6 days (that is if you can get a day off) No Holiday Pay as they reject any request for holiday or just do not pay their staff when they go on holiday. Hours will be deducted from Hourly paid staff if they want to. Sick pay does not exist - SSP is never paid.

There are absolutely no PROS about this company. Avoid at all costs. I do not recommend them as an employer.

Cons

Overworked and underpaid. Owners are rude. They think and act as if they are above above the staff. They do not invest in anything that they do not feel will make them serious amounts of money. They want blood sweat and tears from the staff but never give anything back NO WORK/LIFE Balance
