dirty place management is never in agreement forced ot

This company does not care about their employees at all. They do a plant shutdown for the Christmas week causing financial hardships for their employees. We have given them 2 record sales years and this is the thanks we get. They were also nice enough to ban employees wearing shorts when it’s over 100 degrees in the summer. They benefited from the blood sweat and tears tears of their employees sad toxic environment benefits are horrible and they are self insured. They also claim to be employee owned but only let certain plants in the ESOP
