Pros

Easy work , can work from home.

Cons

The office in Lutz Florida frequently changed the terms of employment without notifying the employee from hourly pay to pay per donation and fired people who complained about it. That is illegal and a violation of the Wage and Hour laws.

Pros

Being able to help veterans and their families was the ultimate reward. Lots of time off: every federal holiday, birthday and day after Thanksgiving plus comp time, vacation and sick leave. Annual weeklong training in FL

Cons

Poorly trained managers who supported their boss rather than their employees. No moral or emotional support from company considering it's a very emotionally intense job. No support with marketing items, secretaries, or office expenses. Pay for reg employees SUCKS while upper management gets bonuses every year. Extremely political environment. If you're not liked you're a target. Low pay results in high turnover and less experienced service officers to help veterans.
