The salary is good, flexible work is available.
Cons
Poor management, the management team have just been handed their management roles as a reward of spending many years within the company, not as a result of skills. Alot of micro-managing and throwing colleagues under the bus to save face for themselves. Work is not celebrated and you are never thanked for going the extra mile.
