      Remote working status as a nurse.

      Cons

      Staff nurses do not enjoy the same benefits (unlimited time off, summer Fridays off) as clerical and leadership employees. Patients often feel that their care is just a scam because care pathways are convoluted, providers are difficult to contact, and technical support is poor. Providers are rude or abusive without any real consequences, that’s why they have to work online. The nursing program manager lacks experience at this level. It sounds like she took this role on because the previous had enough of the chaos.
