Pros

Has good connections with clients. Is the main vendor for few companies.

Cons

No growth. Low rates. Won’t reveal their share in the client billing. Takes a huge cut from the client. You need find your own project. Relies only on one recruiter in finding you projects. If you are out of project they won’t pay you until you find your next project. Sometime you won’t get paid properly even if you fill time sheets.

Can directly talk to senior management. They are open to new ideas and always ready to listen. No middle management to make life tough. They arrange in house training on new technologies and encourage employees to take professional certifications.

Cons

Like all other IT companies, the increment percentage is less unless you move to a better paying project. Nothing other than this
