      Good Vision and Dental benefits.

      Cons

      Lack of communication between Managers and employees. Expect too much of employees at the last minute without proper planning or scheduling.

We do have an open door policy and encourage you to speak directly with your manager or a member of the leadership team in the future so we can directly address your concerns and frustrations.       Fantastic management and coworkers

      Pros

      Managers take genuine interest in your personal and professional goals. Coworkers are very smart and seasoned software engineers. They go out of their way to share knowledge. There is very little admin work. If you are not interested in business development, then you can just let them know and not feel pressured to work on them.

      Cons

      You need to be a bit assertive and take initiatives. There is no formal mentoring, so if you don't have those personalities, then it is going to be difficult.

      Thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback. We do care very much about our employees and our managers make every effort to offer continuous and real time engagement. While we feel this approach works well, there is always room to grow. We continuously examine ways we can offer more to our employees and will further explore the benefits of a formal mentoring program.
