• As stated by many reviewers, NO bonus and increment. It’s TRUE! I stayed there to experience it for myself. Even if you have good performance, you have to request for increment and the amount they give is PATHETIC. Don’t believe? Experience it yourself. Quoting what the senior management said: you will have to take on increasingly exponential amount of workload in order to justify the PATHETIC amount of increment they will give you after that. Imagine, if you work there for 10 years with slight increase in workload annually, be prepared to have stagnant or just slightly higher pay than your starting pay at the end of 10 years. Simply ridiculous. If you were to work in other companies, you will get the PATHETIC amount of increment yearly almost automatically even if you have average performance or stagnant workload. Hence my advice to pre-joiners: only join this company if you want the experience, otherwise you will almost be better off elsewhere. Yes, the starting pay might be higher than market rate, but if you take bonus into account, the amount is about the same or probably lesser. Look at the whole package.
• Company will force the change in working hours on you just to satisfy the requirements of clients or projects, so you will have to adjust your working hours to work shifts but there will not be additional benefits given. LOL? Take a look at the world out there pls, people are usually paid more for shift duties.
• Take the words from the CEO with a pinch of salt. After you helped to run events or with urgent requests, the CEO will thank you with his mouth and “appreciate and will not forget” your help. Trust me, they are just empty promises.
• No bonus, no problem. They have commission schemes for various departments in the company. According to the commission guide, I achieved the requirements for the commission for my job scope. What did I get in the end? Nothing. Senior management just kept “promising to check” but to no avail. For your info, there is a window to put up the commission request. If you missed the window, you can bid goodbye to your well-deserved commission. Senior management is probably using this tactic to reduce the amount of commission distributed.
• Personal growth or career development is usually overlooked as the management is too busy with their own work.
• Senior management is good at sugar coating their words, so you’ll want to probably think thrice before trusting their words.
