Pros
- Good experience overall - most of the teammates (tech side) are skilled, you get to know more how things work from step "client came with a request" to the point where we giving the results - non stagnating technically - might get different tech tasks you wasn't implementing before
Cons
- Micromanagement on steroids. It's needed to report every f- 15 minutes to some task-subtask-subsubtask etc. I hope it was changed already - No projects to work on - The projects which was available to work on was highly unsatisfying - Hard to grow, hard to get a raise - Some people you're questioning on "how did they got hired"
