Pros

There are some good people here that really do care about the team/company. Working games can be fun.

Cons

Executive management is a joke. The Ducks are a great example of people that are friends of the Samueli's get jobs they are completely unqualified for. The COO is in over his head. The President only cares about his bonus at the expense of everything. There is no loyalty and many great employees are seen leaving for better things.

Pros

Always looking for ways to be creative. Never averse to trying something new. Competitive yet friendly atmosphere. They seem to genuinely want to see you succeed professionally and in your personal life. Will call you out if your slipping but supportive and will help you get back on your feet. Coworkers are supportive, creative, hardworking, and fun people to be around. Really easy to work with different teams (marketing, crm, ticket ops, retention) to get things done. Will let you have your own sales style. Do not need to be a hockey or sports fanatic.

Cons

Occasionally dealing with irate customers. Some goals too lofty to hit and get bonuses. Not a lot chances for upward mobility. It's a sales job, you'll get out what you put in.
