Corporate culture, employees, colleagues are amazing

Anais is a small software development company with offices in Buxelles (management) and Bucharest (development & hr). First of all, the people I had to work with over the years were most of the time great (both from a professional perspective and from a personal one), at least at the office in Bucharest. Helpful, knowledgeable, open and honest, they provided a great working environment. I learned a lot over the years and I consider them my second family. Second of all, I had a chance to work on plenty of challenging and interesting projects, varied not only as business requirements, but also as applied technologies. Last but not least, Anais offers a somewhat competitive salary package and extra benefits (private medical insurance, food tickets, internal professional training, R&D, extra curricular activities etc.) In conclusion, it is a good working environment, but it could be much better.
