An angry dog would be a better option infront of the employers usual mood. Employer mistreats his employees. No respect at all for all his male as well as female employees. "GLIMPSE OF THE OFFICE ENVIRONMENT": INFRASTRUCTURE: 0/10 WORK LIFE BALANCE: -10/10 QUALITY OF EMPLOYEES: 1/10 COMMUNICATION SKILLS: 0/10 ON TIME SALARY: 0/10 BEHAVIOUR OF SENIOR MANAGEMENT: -8000/10 OFFICE POLITICS: 100/10 PARTIALITY: 200/10 WORK PRESSURE: 5000000/10 LEARNING EXPERIENCE: you don't learn here, you are bound to do whatever is told to. SALARY: Peanuts/10 The company size is decreasing day by day. Because all the employees are either absconding else resigning. The employer won't even let you leave and threaten you if you genuinely resign because he is already running out of resources. But would never think of improving his general behaviour. He is literally doing nothing to save his own company. He is just the same. Are all the employees mad to leave the company again n again? Instead of rectifying the loopholes he is continuing to create new ones. Because of the enormously huge work pressure, there is no personal life left. Your health and mental health will be destroyed. All your efforts would not be seen and only your faults would be highlighted. I have worked DAY AND NIIIIGHT. I swear!! Yet no comp offs for the extra efforts even in WEEKENDS. They command you to work 24x7. And if you raise your voice you are dead. I remember once a guy threw his laptop and went away forever due to the employer's rude behaviour. Who will tolerate these daily? Only the ones bound to earn and the ones with no self respect can survive here. Also the good reviews on Google or even here if any are FAKE. It's from the management itself. If after reading this you are joining that hell, i know after a month you would come back to like my review. Keep searching for new jobs. Even people who can work like robots deserve better company with better Pay. DO NOT SETTLE FOR LESS PLEASE. Do not join this organisation. P.S - They are FRAUDS TOO. would change their words the very last moment and make you the scapegoat. So be ready. All the best.
