      Pros

      - Working for an industry leader in marketing analytics consulting. - Access working with blue-chip clients within the Australian market. - Work was rewarding at times, knowing we had identified clear insights and solutions to enhance client performance. - Friendly team environment with relatively good social life.

      Cons

      - Long hours of work expected with tight deadlines enforced through the company culture. Multiple co-workers were showing clear signs of burn-out. - Heavy reliance on Excel and Powerpoint in day-to-day work at the expense of not utilising superior industry-standard programs. - Exit opportunities limited due lack of transferability of skills and experience.

      Pros

      - Smaller business means you get a chance to shine- there aren't the layers that other companies have - Massive talent the R&D teams who are really helpful and go out of their way to help with new or tricky projects - You're able to shape your future and work on what you can create. They're branching out from just Market Mix projects into other new areas and that means if you want to have a go at it you just have to put your hand up - Recognised as the best in the field at Marketing Optimisation

      Cons

      - As in all consulting companies the work is project based so can be peaks and troughs- but that happens everywhere
