There are a variety of projects that can be worked over time, keeping the job interesting. A full benefits package is offered. The company will pay for certifications. Great work / life balance.
Cons
This is a flat organization - there is no upward mobility. There are few training opportunities offered through the company.

Pros
I loved the culture and positive feel of the company. I felt like I was empowered to change ANYTHING in the company, if I felt like I had a better idea how to do something. I ultimately leveraged my experience for my dream job and management was very supportive.
Cons
The company is growing like crazy and faces the normal pros and cons associated with a near vertical growth curve.
