      Pros

      Analytica was good at having team meetings that were concise and to the point. Managers were easy to work with and were available at anytime. Small company but worked on cutting edge remote technology to keep all employees engaged.

      Cons

      Senior management aloof and not responsible when dealing with issues with employees. (Does not include the CEO) Talk is cheap and you could not be assured you were getting the truth.
