It's better than being unemployed

Cons

Pay is an absolute joke. They hire grads they can exploit. Most leave quickly. Zero training or development. Toxic billable culture. Boss will literally send emails saying employees can't talk to each other unless it's work related. David Zweig is not an emotionally well man. The company has no social media because he's scared of bad reviews. They have employees post glowing reviews dismissing everything negative as "disgruntled employee" here every time they get a bad one. Sort chronologically and see the pattern.
