This is a terrible place to work. Colleen should not be called a CEO she should be known for creating a toxic and exploitative environment. Employees are treated poorly, and the workplace is unhealthy. Do yourself a favor and find a better job. Stay far away from this place.Any positive reviews you see about this place or Colleen were either posted by employees she forced to write them or by Colleen herself.

Very obvious that executive management is under qualified for their role. Parent company seems too busy trying to buy new labs and constantly hiring executives to actually pay attention to the Labs they buy. There is no money for raises but money for "sales trips/conventions" where execs take their whole family to stay at a fancy hotel and eat dinner on company dime and buy company cars. There seems to be some relationship drama and nepotism infecting the company. Long hours due to mismanagement of time and not holding staff accountable. Unwilling to fire bad employees because they know nobody else will work for such low pay. They seem to be taking advantage of recently immigrated employees who struggle to find work in US.
