      Overworked, underpaid, and unappreciated

      There is opportunity for recent graduates* Opportunity to work anytime during the day/night

      Cons

      **Upward mobility is limited because you are too busy Expected to work over 40 hours every week to meet ambitious sales goals. Sales staff will make promises that we are expected to work overtime to keep. Management are nice to you in person, but no progress is made to create a better work environment. Lab equipment breaks down nearly weekly which slows down results even more. Low pay for the amount of work. Very small raises that don't even match inflation. Awful work/life balance

      Pros

      I was an intern and did some pretty basic stuff in the Micro lab. Loved every second of it! Coworkers were awesome and were willing to teach and answer my questions which I appreciated a lot.

      Pros

      The team I work with is fantastic as are the other employees for the most part. Any concerns I’ve taken to HR have been taken seriously and acted on immediately. My input feels valued and I feel comfortable presenting ideas or changes I come up with.

      Cons

      It is difficult to attain a balanced work/life schedule. The hours are often longer than expected and there is no extra compensation for this. The benefits are baseline and there is not much time off.
