      Pros

      There are no pros to working here. The company has very unethical and dishonest business practices and is losing clients. CEO is a foolish loser who likes to hear himself talk. COO of the company is useless person who kisses up to CEO and is trying to position himself as the next CEO... while making fun of CEO behind his back. It is all pathetic. I will get out of here hopefully as soon as I find another job.

      In my opinion, the IT HOD lacks the technical knowledge and leadership required for the role. I have also observed that punctuality appears to be inconsistent, except during visits from US leadership. Additionally, I believe some of the decisions made under their leadership have negatively impacted the IT department, including the loss of client projects. These concerns should be reviewed and addressed to improve the department's overall performance and stability.
