I have joined AnalytiX DS after my Masters and it's my 1st company, I am pretty happy with the team and management. This where I started my career and molded my career into a way which i like most. 1. Unique product and services 2. Supportive Management ( Great Motivators and they always ready to suggest & Guide their employees) 3. Great Co ordination between teams 4. Great place to learn 5. Clear vision about the product Road Map. 6. Good Career Growth. 7. Number of projects to work on (not a place to be in bench and sitting idle) 8. Management always ready to take new challenges and welcomes employees ideas. 9. Excellent Year to Year Growth But one thing, you must have zeal to learn. You must be enthusiastic enough to learn and ready to achieve great things in your career.
