-The company is in transition (and well on its way) from small (start-up-like) office to large enterprise; it's already seen as a leader in its industry. With that, comes the pains of change and growth (restructuring of departments, job titles, branding, policies, procedures, processes, office seating arrangements, managerial responsibilities, ect.). Change is hard and inevitable with growth no matter what company you work for. If you're flexible, dedicated, and in it for the long haul, you will be able to see past the short terms pains for long term gains. Don't expect to be spoon fed here - you won't succeed; If you understand how to navigate this type of work environment, you will learn early on that the sky is the limit in terms of opportunities here.

Gurgaon Office - Inappropriate appraisals. Lack of career opportunities for experienced professionals. Unbalanced work distribution. They do not have proper planning. They run like small store (some call it Baniya company). I bet if you join this company by any chance, you will think of resigning due to bad management (full of politics). People here don't appreciate your hard work, importance is given only to fools. If you work hard, you will lose your importance, reviews and appraisals. Please don't make a mistake of joining here by any chance. They are best in employee alteration ratio. Managers/Team Leaders here are scum. These people are technically very weak but just cause of spooning/sycophancy with their Seniors they get promoted. These people show highest level of arrogance. These people have made this company a place where they and theirs spoons can enjoy all the freedom while real hard worker becomes idiot and leaves organisation in shameful condition. Manager has full control on appraisal system and policies. They are happy to screw the employee career, even if it is managers fault. They expect us to work during weekends, holidays and work from home without any extra benefit. Manager with his sycophancy have created a very frustrating and Pitful environment for other employees. This is an hypo-critic organisation which does not follow any ethical values. Good luck guys if you are planning to join.
