      Pros

      The CEO and his team really care about employees. The benefits and compensation package are fair for the Syracuse area. The engineering talent is excellent and the work afforded through the S&D and Wireless businesses is exciting. The industries we serve are interesting and the products state of the art.

      Cons

      Need to continue to promote career development and get creative to offer employees who want growth opportunity to do so. Wireless seems to operate in a silo vs. as one business unit - not always support of employee growth if not within their business unit.

      Excellent place for engineers. Good work/life balance. Senior engineers have a lot of knowledge making it a good place to learn.

      Benefits are not up to par with current job market

      Terrible middle-level management especially department supervisors who don't know what they are doing.
