Pros

Can’t think of any other than benefits were decent

Cons

Just run. I don’t care if you’re out of a job, the economy is bad, you’ve been searching for months…just don’t do it. Management from the top down is just absolutely horrible. The SDR Manager is one of the worst managers to ever exist. Let’s put it this way, he picks his target for the month (or months) and decides to belittle you and humiliate you in the most odd ways. He is a micromanager in every sense. He holds weekly 1 on 1s with nothing valuable or important to say unless it’s to get “on you” for the most insignificant thing. He has no social cues yet is a sales manager…doesn’t make sense. Upper management is even worse, a lot of bad reviews have been removed before this that gave more detail on how that was like. To put it in a few words everything is based on CEO’s mood for the day, they don’t have a C-Suite board of decision makers because he likes to have his input and his input only, the only good thing going for them is their classic Anatomage table and that’s basically it - no other products have done well.

Pros

Company is growing. There are many opportunities to change positions or move up. I haven’t interact much with the CEO but he seems thoughtful. Management cares a lot about product quality which results in innovative products. Strategies and products can change quickly, I see it as part of the fast paced environment. Lunch, drinks and coffee are provided!

Cons

PTO is very low. It starts at 10 days for remote or 15 days for onsite. No sick days. Some people can be overly negative.

Pros

Zero Pros. Higher ups lie to your with a straight face.

Cons

Horrible culture, all about profitability. They will fire you in a day with no explanation. Bad benefits for Startup, that’s making so much money. Very low pay too.
