Fantastic group of people working on cutting edge research. Some opportunities to work remote or on a more personalized schedule. Immediate cohort is supportive and collaborative. General encouragement to think creative to solve complex problems. Potential for great success if they can find a product market fit.
Cons
Continued lack of direction and communication from leadership. Especially while trying to operate lean. Professional development is also stagnant having not seen any change in almost 5 years. Leaders have made many declarations of performance reviews but never follow up. Leaves uncertainty and frustration regarding career growth.
