Cons
No leadership and communication issues were the major issue. But there was no training program set in order so it was all reliant on information being passed on.
Really diverse and same group of people since the beginning when we've opened. The taproom employees are pretty much our own company as we don't deal with the brewery employees as much. Pretty easy job, just pouring beer and cleaning glassware. No prep is needed before the shift. Tips are good with the least right amount of people scheduled. Union job
Cons
Short shifts, and only provide part-time hours so they don't give you benefits.
No room to grow or move up in the company.
