Pros

All of the coworkers here for the most part are great. there's always some who are frustrated but most are willing to help and teach you things.

Cons

Management here has implemented a lot of changes in the last few years since the company was bought out and covid happened. This company cares about there bottom line before the mental health of their employees. They slash benefits and refuse to give raises and take away gain share. they treat everyone different and play favourites with certain staff. They have recently brought in new management that yell at staff to try to get them to work harder. It doesn't work and makes staff very uncomfortable. They also have started heavily punishing staff for mistakes made in part by other people but yet are hoping to get staff to start running two machines to increase their profit. This will lead to more mistakes.
