Pros

No layoffs. The work is fairly easy and generally there is no heavy lifting. That is all I have to say.

Cons

Dirty environment. If you are in the welding area wear a mask. The exhaust system is a joke. I'm surprised nobody up there got lung cancer. Blow your nose at the end of the day and your boogers will be black from the weld fumes. Had to call up OSHA on the count that they had a mask that wasn't dark enough in the plasma cutting area. The MA2 supervisor stands and watches you work for twenty minutes at a time just because he's bored doing nothing in his office. Overtime is only given out on a favoritism basis. Vacation pay only in July. Don't get sick cause they don't give you sick days. Had to wait five months for a raise after having already been a temp for 7 months. No holiday bonuses either.

Pros

If you are a production supervisor, it's the same work.

Cons

Leadership is horrible. The company lost a big job to Rivian. They took the job and were not ready. They bring in 20 temps at a time and expect you to handle them all and deal with new, rotating people every other day. Leadership will lie and say the company is doing good and it's not. They will also let you go 2 weeks before Christmas even though all of your measurable metrics show how well you did your job. They couldn't afford me. Do not go work here. Trash company. Terrible HR. Terrible owner. No communication. I thought we were doing so well and my job was secure. I had zero inclination that I should have been looking for another job. There are ZERO bonuses. No stock. No profit sharing. Nothing. Horrible cheap company. They told me I would get a bonus but I got nothing.
