Horrible Experience

Short days on Fridays. Other than that, not many pros.

Cons

Abusive Boss, Unprofessional Co-workers. They have 2 shut downs per year, but what they don't tell you is that they are unpaid and they don't give you enough vacation time to cover the days you miss during these shut downs. Very hard to focus when co-workers are swearing and yelling throughout the day. Training is poor.

Great coworkers, owner is an absolute nightmare

Good pay for no exp, get foot in door to booming industry, good coworkers, great benefits

Cons

High stress, every mistake could result in a threat on your job once through training, owner screams and berates employees regularly, owner will make the same mistakes and say nothing, owner doesn't know how to respect or relate to people, owner has been fined for illegal payroll practices, he cheats people out of money

Thank you for your perspective. However, while you may not agree with our current management, Anchor Plastics has not been fined for illegal payroll practices. Any files levied by the State would would be a matter of public record, and easily researched.

High-stress work environment for few to no rewards. Disorganized and hostile management. Extreme lack of respect and stability for employees.
