Pros

Management not bad, pay ok in comparison to sector but all carers should be paid more for what we have to put up with

Cons

Occasional verbal abuse/rare physical abuse from dementia residents need to be on guard around the occasional abusive resident who is known to be aggressive to staff

-Great management -Good team as whole (carers, team leaders, management, admin, housekeepers) -Team workers to maintain the home and care -great training -good work around dementia awareness and mental capacity

Cons

-the cuts around the `new` budgeting - Hard to get the residents out on day trips as not much form of transport and the staff budget
