Pros

Unfortunately, there are no pros working here.

Cons

This is my review of this company, and I am the most honest person you can come across. I am going to be straight and to the point and no sugar coating. Dating co-workers at this place runs high. This company is the worst place I have ever worked at. The worst 2 months of my life!! I hated it here and I wish I never stepped my foot into this place. Management does not even know how to describe their positions. This company wastes their time and other people’s time. The manager I had to report to, did not like me at all, and treated me with such disrespect. It showed because she let everyone else know it to. She did not like anybody for that matter. She was the most unprofessional, cocky human being I had ever worked for. She does not even know what she was doing. No one in this place does. Management and the owners uses their authority to harass employees, not micro manage. My manager told me she was going to give me a reference after you are being forced out before the holidays. What a joke!! You get no reference at all!! Who would want one from this poorly operated place? My last day I was walked out with more disrespect and dirty looks. When you get forced out after 5 months of not being there, the recruiter they have looks you up on social media. What for? I do not feel sorry for anyone who writes reviews on this company that is still working there. I would not support this company at all, I would walk out and let this company sink. My manager and her boss, was one of the owners who runs this circus, she attended meetings for my department, she discussed about how she was going on a business trip to the UK to look at dirty films. Really??? You have to go all the way to the UK to do that. What about the US? What does that have to do with running a professional business and going on professional business trips? This is how unprofessional this company is, not to mention the people and owners are nothing but cold hearted, rude, and deranged in this place. The management tell employees about pressing lawsuits against them for talking bad about their company. This company does not have a leg to stand on. Look how unprofessional they act and treat people!! It has been 5 months, and I still have no income coming in to put food on my table to provide for myself and my family. I am getting my home services shut off and other things taken away. I would not recommend anybody to this company.

Pros

I could not honestly provide some.

Cons

-this job will make you anxious, depressed, and paranoid -extreme turnover, 5-8months is a tenured employee -no training -outdated and proprietary (bugged) systems -extremely poor management, no leadership -entire senior/ director team quit or fired since December 2018 -no chance for promotions -extreme work loads 2-3x higher than industry competitors - low wages, poor benefits -all employees over 60 fired in one day with no reason or warning - no loyalty to employees, and no loyalty to company -culture is based on fear: regular threats, fear of being fired anytime for no reason, punishment for insignificant events... -startup company pretending to be established organization -no chance to work from home -no flexibility in working schedule: salary job but treated harsher than a hourly employee -company is strictly running due to lying to and price gouging customers -poor structure -employees fear the owners who are rude and inconsiderate -I highly suggest if you have any mother option to not work here. You will be happier at McDonalds.

Pros

This would be a good company based on what they are doing within the pharma industry.

Cons

Antiquated software. They are using desktops where some of them are still running Window7. They are using homemade software which has so many bugs, sometimes it takes several minute to make very basic updates. I have to believe that the original developers are no longer with the company which is why nothing has improved and the owners will not invest in having it updated. No options for work-from-home which is a given these days at most company's, as those employers who wish to keep their talented people within the company will offer as there has got to be a work-life balance. Anyone who has been here more than a few years were probably with the company when it initially started as there is a huge turn-over for new employees. Constant changes within different groups without notification so other groups are never aware until there is an impact. The list of problems could go on, but I'm sure I would eventually run out of character space.
