salary can be good no extra working time
Cons
very high turnover, a lot of people fired without notice, no strategy at all in what they do, a lot of mobbing and no time for self development, every second not spent in a billable activity is forbidden.

Salary can be good, the office is superb and usually the is no need to work extra time
Cons
The working atmosphere is terrible, there is plenty of mobbing and disrespectful manners and zero transparency. The turnover is simply too high to enjoy this company. Usually more than 70% of the team get fired badly (or leave) every year. The boss unconsciously act in a way that rapidly degrades every relationships and gives a lot of anxiety to employee. Furthermore the is no clear strategy in term of business and client management
