Salary can be good, the office is superb and usually the is no need to work extra time

The working atmosphere is terrible, there is plenty of mobbing and disrespectful manners and zero transparency.
The turnover is simply too high to enjoy this company. Usually more than 70% of the team get fired badly (or leave) every year. The boss unconsciously act in a way that rapidly degrades every relationships and gives a lot of anxiety to employee.
