Pros

Andersen has become my next career step, and I'm thrilled! From the recruiting process to the delicious dishes in the kitchen ;D The company maintains a very high level of oversight of its internal processes and platforms. It would seem that management aspects that typically slow down decision-making or the receipt of paperwork are handled smoothly here, with direct employee involvement. There's a ton of activities, and you want to participate in them. The company recently approved my relocation, and the process was completed in two months without any issues or salary reductions. The wonderful office in Warsaw, where I worked, offers a great view and plenty of space. The company is also always willing to provide equipment or assist with purchasing it, ensuring a comfortable work environment! I'm happy to be a part of this company and can recommend it as an excellent career choice!

Cons

During my time working for the company, I have not encountered any downsides.

Pros

– None, based on my experience

Cons

– Misleading and inconsistent communication regarding compensation; – Compensation offer was based solely on a few theoretical questions evaluated by AI, rather than a comprehensive assessment of problem-solving ability, soft skills, or communication; – Disrespect for candidates' time, efforts, and professional experience.
