Pros
Family owned company that shows a personal interest in it's employees. The company currently has over 700 employees but still has that small company feel as far as making it's employees feel that they are an important part of the group. Flexible with time needed for family affairs. Always looking for ways to improve the company in all aspects.
Cons
Had very little training available for my position when I first started working for the company. Had to figure things out on my own so it was very frustrating piecing together the puzzle one piece at a time.
