Pros

If surrounded by the right people, work can get fun and can pass the time easily. After hours drinks with co-workers were always happening (there's a reason for this, it's needed) Great start up if you're entering the industry. Lots of chances to mess up here. Some managers care but with so little say. Can't get worse than this.

Cons

- Crazy last min turnarounds (Full rebranding of multiple campaign assets in 24 hrs.. multiple times) - Racist/sexist management (Had a agency wide meeting about BLM and ADDB stated before the meeting 'we do not follow/exercise this but eh lets watch anyway' - profits > employees - Weekend? more like weekneverending - Holiday? What is that? - Doesn't take care of talent and shoves them to the side - No career growth - Onboarding is non-existent - Stress levels beyond 100% - Specific Freelancers > real employees - Any pay bump..... only $500 more or none at all. - CEO sees us as numbers. - Charity donations? No thanks. - CD is mute - Finally you got benefits! You got an account but with nothing in it.

Pros

Having the DDB brand in their name is their only advantage, TBH. The salary will get credited as expected. No one would actually expect you to go to the office - Though the office is located in central DT and very accessible.

Cons

If you come from a space of process and clarity - this agency will be why you end up with the therapist. Toxic work environment - Highly dependent on office politics and bureaucracy. No career advancement - Forget learning something new - you'll forget what you know Unable to win new business - I hear we don't have the budget for hours - but we also want you to work! No consideration of diversity and inclusion and this practice is reflective in their work. Advice to Management Do better.
