Base salary is decent and a bonus is given out. The engineers were pretty solid people to work with.

Too many cooks in the kitchen. Overly collaborative work environment. Micromanaging occurs by people that you don't even report to. I can't say I hated it there, but it was weird.
No reason for initiative, no teamwork, This has been destroyed by the new president and former owner/CEO along with the new authoritarian Engineering manager.

Pay is as low as they can go with getting away with it for as long as they can.
