      The truth that no one likes to admit out loud

      Pros

      The real unfortunate thing about Anderson is there are some very intelligent people who work here, but management doesn't care to tap into their strengths so...those smart individuals eventually move on which is why they're always hiring.

      Cons

      No real opportunity for job growth Lack of work/life balance Most of the management is out of touch Morale is extremely low among everyone No innovation

      Great people, not great work

      Pros

      I loved mostly everybody I worked with and they were very supportive. I did feel acknowledged when I went above and beyond to serve my clients. There was a strong sense of team within the organization.

      Cons

      The actual work could get extremely taxing. They stretched me as well as others too thin with piling on more and more work. Working nights and weekends with no compensation (salary position) was not worth it for the salary I was earning.
