      Pros

      Working with the faculty that comes in to teach workshops and the staff at Anderson Ranch. A great place to network.

      Cons

      Unpaid. Exploitative... Worked up to and over 50 hours a week. Students mainly consisted of wealthy Aspen types.

      Co-workers, mountains, view and weather

      Cons

      Owner and CEO are clowns. They don't care about their employees. Bothering someone who is in the hospital for a life threatening sickness, telling them they're going to have to fire you because you've missed more than 3 days as a new hire. The lack of compassion and understanding was mind boggling. Promising severance pay and never paying. This place is not to be trusted as employers.
