Working for New Leaf Family, a division of Anderson Dodson, is not a good place for an experienced family law paralegal. The attorneys do paralegal work so they can keep their billables high. Paralegals are left with basic administrative duties, robbing them of the ability to bonus.
ADPC operates entirely remotely, uses technology intelligently, and implements project management techniques. Had I worked here when I started out, I likely wouldn't have burnt out. An amazing place to work.
