      Good team, poor support

      Pros

      Pretty relaxed atmosphere and a team of decent people.

      Cons

      No support from management. Sink or swim, they couldn't care less because they can always hire a new fresh grad straight out of college to do the same job.

      Pros

      Honestly all the pros are no longer existent. Seeing some of these real reviews on here makes me happy that I'm not the only one who thinks this place is a mess.

      Cons

      Almost everything. Other recruiters are good people but they set us all up to work against one another. Senior management is so cliquey and in their own world, none of us have a chance. These 5 star reviews that keep on popping up after a bad review is posted show you just how sneaky and gross the senior management is. Do not work here. You will find yourself wanting to leave quickly. I know I am!
